📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of operational activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Oversee daily operations, including resource allocation, scheduling, and staff management.,Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Conduct regular operational reviews and prepare detailed reports for senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations.,Provide guidance and support to operational staff to enhance their performance and development.,Participate in strategic planning sessions to contribute to the long-term success of the organization.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
