📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with suppliers and customers to manage incoming and outgoing goods.,Train and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Monitor warehouse metrics and provide regular reports to management.,Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise within the warehouse.,Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse management role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.,Proven track record of improving warehouse efficiency and productivity.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
