📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met with the highest level of care and attention
• Preparing and serving meals, including fine dining experiences, to guests in a timely and professional manner
• Assisting guests with their requests, such as arranging transportation, making reservations, and providing local recommendations
• Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean, tidy, and well-stocked with amenities
• Assisting with special events and celebrations, such as weddings, anniversaries, and birthdays, to create memorable experiences for guests
• Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion at all times, adhering to the company's policies and procedures
• Working collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience
• Continuously seeking opportunities to improve and innovate in the delivery of luxury service

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a luxury hospitality role, preferably as a Butler or similar position
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests and team members
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required
• Familiarity with luxury hospitality software, such as Opera or PMS, is a plus
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Commitment to providing exceptional service and going above and beyond for guests
• Valid ID and work permit for Indonesia
