📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct thorough investigations to assess the validity of claims and determine the appropriate compensation.
• Collaborate with policyholders, external service providers, and internal teams to gather necessary information and resolve claims efficiently.
• Utilize claims management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems to track and manage claims.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field.
