📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Provide high-quality patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.
- Manage patient records using advanced medical software such as Epic and Cerner.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Assist in the administration of vaccinations and immunizations.
- Monitor and report on patient progress and outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
- Provide emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with the latest healthcare practices.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical setting.
- Certification as a Registered Nurse (RN) or equivalent.
- Familiarity with medical software such as Epic and Cerner.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Competence in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Valid work permit and visa for Bali.
