📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Retail Sales Consultant in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with customers.,Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to ensure high performance standards.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
