Duty Engineer - Luxury Hospitality Engineering

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to identify and address potential issues before they escalate.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to guest operations.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and software, such as Building Management Systems (BMS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS), to optimize energy efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with all local regulations and safety standards, conducting regular audits and training for staff.
• Document all maintenance activities and inspections, maintaining detailed records for future reference.
• Provide technical support to housekeeping and guest services teams, ensuring that all facilities are in top condition.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of engineering processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Certification in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems is a plus.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design and drafting tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Familiarity with energy management systems and building automation technologies is a significant advantage.
• Ability to travel and work in different locations across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
