📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead a team of mobile developers in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality mobile applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices.
  • Optimize application performance, including database and server performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in mobile development, with a focus on iOS and/or Android.
  • Strong knowledge of mobile development frameworks such as React Native, Flutter, or native development tools.
  • Experience with cloud services and APIs.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery and leadership.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
