🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in downstream mineral processing, with a strong background in strategic planning and program management.
• Proven track record of leading high-impact projects and driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of mineral processing technologies and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
