📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' fit for the role.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain a strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Provide feedback and guidance to hiring managers on candidate performance and fit.,Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to ensure the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media and online job boards is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is a must.
