📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the procurement process for veterinary healthcare products, including sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships.,Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce costs while maintaining high service standards.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to procurement and operations.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement and operations professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.,Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports to senior management on procurement and operations metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in procurement, operations, or supply chain management, with a focus on the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes and supplier relationships.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems, including ERP and SCM tools.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with the veterinary healthcare industry is a plus.,Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
