Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.,Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and productivity.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and sales regulations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales management software and tools.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends in Gorontalo.
