📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist head chefs in preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of quality and safety.
• Prep and organize ingredients, maintaining a clean and efficient workspace.
• Operate commercial kitchen equipment such as high-speed blenders, precision grills, and advanced fryers.
• Follow food safety protocols and maintain hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking kitchen supplies.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to meet production targets.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant or food service setting.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment and tools.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team and follow instructions.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and procedures.
• Physical stamina to stand, lift, and move around the kitchen for extended periods.
