📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies and policies.
• Support the Procurement Manager in managing vendor relationships and negotiations.
• Monitor and analyze procurement spending to ensure cost efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain procurement documentation, including purchase orders, contracts, and invoices.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Ensure compliance with procurement laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procurement needs.
• Participate in procurement committee meetings and decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant procurement software.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Familiarity with Indonesian procurement laws and regulations.
• Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
