We are seeking a dedicated Deputy Quality Control to join our team at LUNAR Group in Binjai, Sumatera Utara. This role is crucial in ensuring the quality standards of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control and a passion for maintaining high-quality standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct quality inspections and tests on incoming materials and finished products.,Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Develop and implement quality improvement plans.,Maintain and update quality control documentation and records.,Conduct training and awareness programs for staff on quality control procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.,Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in Quality Control.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.,Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.,Familiarity with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.
