📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain a comprehensive sales plan to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and prospect potential customers, both new and existing, through various channels and methods.,Present and demonstrate our products and services to potential customers, highlighting their benefits and features.,Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring that all terms and conditions are met.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing clients, addressing their needs and concerns.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the industry.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and other stakeholders.,Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies, procedures, and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or related industry.,Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.,Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work well in a team and independently.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools and software.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, as the role requires frequent travel to customer sites.,Familiarity with the Pandeglang market and its customers is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
