📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct customer inquiries to the appropriate department.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to the best of their ability.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.,Assist in the management of the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized.,Stay updated on company policies and procedures.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a front desk or receptionist role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is a must; English is a plus.
