📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective training programs to employees.,Assist in the creation and updating of training materials and resources.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Provide guidance and support to employees to enhance their performance.,Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback to improve future training programs.,Collaborate with the training and development team to ensure the success of training initiatives.,Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion.,Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in teaching, training, or instructional design.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.,Proficiency in using training and learning management systems.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.
