📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and performance.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless workflow and communication.,Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in operations.,Conduct regular operational audits to identify and address any issues or inefficiencies.,Support the management team in strategic planning and decision-making processes.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar operational role.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and best practices.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
