📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production schedules to ensure timely completion of production targets.,Oversee daily production activities, including machine setup, operation, and maintenance.,Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and improve efficiency.,Maintain accurate records of production data and generate reports as required.,Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards in the production area.,Identify areas for improvement in production processes and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with production planning and scheduling software is a plus.,Good understanding of safety protocols and standards in the manufacturing environment.
