PT Anggrek Raya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Senior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the accounting functions of our company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, financial reporting, and internal controls. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure accurate and timely financial records are maintained in accordance with GAAP and company policies.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Lead and mentor junior accountants and provide guidance on accounting principles and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial information is available for decision-making.,Monitor and enforce internal controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Prepare and present financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.,Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations and implement necessary changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
