📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and mentor a team of 8-10 telemarketing agents, providing training and guidance to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and drive company growth.
• Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage customer interactions, track performance, and analyze data to optimize sales processes.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and execute telemarketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
• Monitor and report on team performance, providing regular feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations, maintaining high standards of professionalism and ethics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Fluent Mandarin speaker with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
• Proven experience as a telemarketing team leader or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot, or similar CRM systems, is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
