In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our logistics and delivery services. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the logistics and delivery services,Ensure that all operations are running efficiently and effectively,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement,Manage a team of operational staff and ensure that they are performing at their best,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies,Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders,Represent the company at industry events and conferences

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management in the logistics or delivery industry,Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations,Excellent leadership and management skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Experience with ERP or logistics management software is a plus
