Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of telecommunications infrastructure projects,Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure project objectives are met,Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans,Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues,Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines,Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management,Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telecommunications infrastructure🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., telecommunications, engineering, project management),Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the telecommunications industry,Strong understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technologies,Proven track record of successful project delivery and stakeholder management,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken),Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, MS Project),Knowledge of Indonesian laws, regulations, and business practices🛠️ Keahlian
