📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Source and attract potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Screen and evaluate resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates for open positions.,Conduct initial interviews and assessments to determine candidates' fit for the role and company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide input on candidate selection.,Coordinate and schedule interviews, including phone screens, in-person interviews, and assessments.,Provide feedback to candidates on their interview performance and keep them informed about the hiring process.,Maintain accurate records of candidate information and hiring process details.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the recruitment process and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
