📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screening and evaluating resumes and applications to identify the most qualified candidates.
  • Conducting initial interviews and assessments to gauge candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Providing feedback to candidates and maintaining open communication throughout the hiring process.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and initiatives.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong understanding of the local job market and the ability to source and attract top talent.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
  • Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
