📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and seat customers, ensuring they feel welcome and comfortable.,Take and relay customer orders accurately to the kitchen staff.,Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.,Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including tables and wait stations.,Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and courteously.,Assist in the setup and breakdown of dining areas for events and special occasions.,Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Previous experience as a Waiter or in a customer service role is a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order taking and serving.,Familiarity with food and beverage service standards and procedures.,Willingness to work remote hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
