📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services.,Attend trade shows and exhibitions to network and generate leads.,Train and mentor junior sales staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with local market trends and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Fluency in Indonesian is a plus.
