📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company guidelines.,Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.,Conduct regular performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation packages.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.,Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.,Lead and mentor HR staff and interns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the mining or industrial sector.,Proven track record of successfully managing HR functions and initiatives.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages.,Familiarity with HR software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
