📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of site infrastructure and equipment.,Ensure all site operations comply with company policies and industry standards.,Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues promptly.,Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely completion of projects.,Develop and implement site maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.,Train and mentor junior engineers to ensure high performance and adherence to safety protocols.,Manage site budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of site maintenance and repair procedures.,Proficient in using engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.,Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
