🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the footwear industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing and leading retail teams.,Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Experience in managing multi-channel retail operations is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
