Bold Net Jaya is seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials to meet the needs of the organization and employees.,Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars to educate and upskill employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve future initiatives.,Collaborate with department heads and managers to understand training needs and objectives.,Maintain records of training activities, participant feedback, and program evaluations.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of trainers and facilitators as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in a corporate setting.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies, instructional design, and e-learning technologies.,Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
