📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform precise and efficient assembly of components using specialized tools and equipment.
Inspect assembled products for quality and adherence to specifications.
Identify and report any defects or issues to the quality control team.
Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Follow and adhere to safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing roles.
Proficient in using assembly tools and equipment such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring devices.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Good understanding of quality control and safety procedures.
Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
Familiarity with manufacturing software such as SAP or similar systems.
Valid IDP (Industrial Safety and Health) certification.
Ability to work in a 5-day workweek and commute to the workplace.
