Creative Graphic Designer - Fragrance & Branding

In this role, you’ll work closely with our marketing and product teams to develop visually stunning designs for our fragrance products, packaging, digital campaigns, and social media. You’ll use industry-standard tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to bring your creative visions to life. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary of Rp 6,500,000 - Rp 8,000,000 per bulan.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually appealing and on-brand designs for fragrance products, packaging, and marketing materials.
• Create digital assets for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
• Contribute to the development of our brand’s visual identity and style guide.
• Assist in the creation of print and digital advertising materials.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in the fragrance or beauty industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work.
