📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Visit and maintain relationships with retail outlets, supermarkets, and food service establishments to take orders and ensure product availability.
Manage inventory levels to meet customer demand and maintain stock accuracy.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Drive sales performance by promoting our products and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve collective goals and contribute to team success.
Utilize sales tools and software such as SAP and CRM systems to track performance and manage customer data.
Stay updated on market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, particularly in the FMCG or Food & Beverage industry.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with sales tools and software such as SAP and CRM systems.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for field activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Fluency in Indonesian and English, with additional language skills a plus.
